Foreword
EVE Online is where Tech 3 Crew as a group was originally formed, though multiple of us knew each other IRL Prior. T3 C has always been a wormhole focused corp, though we did spend a year in Sovereign Nullsec under the name Talocan Star Empire, a name referencing our roots still very much in J Space. In general we've always held a focus of PVP, utilizing various wormhole based forms of income to fund our PVP vessels, and taking fights in our ratting compositions when it seemed viable.
Over the years we've recruited to varying degrees, but have come to the preference now of only very slowly recruiting new members and preferring a small group of skilled players over ability to field multiple ships but having to explain every little thing.
In general it is our goal to take every fight possible, though of course larger groups blobbing with marauders and tech 2 logi cruiser wings are not engageable for our small number. This is however why we like our Tech 3 Cruisers enough to name our groups after them, a tech 3 cruiser may be slightly worse at logi than a logi cruiser, or worse at links than a command ship, but a single Loki can replace both a links Nighthawk, and a logi Basilisk for only minor losses, thus reducing needed players by one. We also love to use cheap battleships utilizing expensive high-grade implants and fast escape bay frigates to further our ability to punch up against larger numbers, while incurring only minor losses in the battleship hulls themselves.
While nowadays it's a lot rarer that groups uphold the old traditions of Wormhole Bushido, Tech 3 Crew prides itself on continuing to uphold these traditions. If we podded you in combat know it was either an accident or because we were being podded by your group, since Wormhole Bushido is largely dead nowadays we call these the Tech 3 Crew Rules of Engagement.
Finally a note to someone reading up on us out of interest to evict us. all our structures are fit in such a way to easily replace them if lost, and we flip all structures, meaning unanchoring and re-anchoring, at least once a year so we aren't a loot pinata. All our members know the method called Suitcasing and we have ships ready to do so, our Dread Guristas Starbase is designed purely to be as annoying to bash as possible. So at the end of the day all you're getting is a couple of quantum cores and making us unavailable to take fights against your and any other group for a few weeks while we set everything back up. I'd much rather you DMed us and asked for a fight :).
